Why Choose Us

Why Patients Choose The Face Clinic

01

Doctor-Led Care

Every assessment and recommendation is led by Dr. Reema Arora. Your consultation is with a doctor, not a sales consultant — because decisions about your face deserve medical judgment.

02

We Listen Before We Recommend

We begin with what you've noticed, what matters to you, and what result would still feel like you. Nothing is suggested before we understand what you actually want.

03

Diagnosis Before Treatment

Similar-looking concerns can have different causes. We assess before we suggest anything — the right starting point is understanding, not a menu of procedures.

04

An Individual Plan

Your plan reflects your facial anatomy, movement, skin quality, medical suitability and preferences — not a standard package applied to every patient.

05

Natural-Looking Outcomes

The intention is refinement and balance, not visible intervention. The aim is a well-rested version of yourself — not someone else.

06

Thoughtful Restraint

Good judgment includes knowing what to treat, how much, when to stage it, and when it may be better to wait. More is not automatically better.

Dr. Reema

Meet Dr. Reema Arora

Dr. Reema Arora has practised aesthetic medicine since July 2014, alongside a medical foundation that also includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatrics. She holds an MSc in Facial Aesthetics and previously served as Medical Head at Allergan India. She has trained and spoken internationally on facial assessment and injectable technique.

For a patient, this experience translates into something simple: a doctor who assesses before she recommends. Years spent studying facial anatomy, movement and skin behaviour mean she looks at how your face works, not only how it appears at rest — because a plan built on stillness alone can look wrong the moment you smile or frown.

Her approach favours realistic expectations over dramatic promises, and a conservative starting point where one is appropriate. Preserving what makes your face recognisably yours matters as much to her as addressing the concern that brought you in.

“People do not necessarily want to look different. Often, they want to recognise themselves again.”

Our Approach

Before We Recommend Anything

A considered pathway, not an immediate procedure.
01

Listen

We start with what you've noticed, what matters most to you, any previous treatments and what you'd want to preserve.

02

Understand

We clarify your concern and expectations, and talk through what kind of result would still feel authentically like you.

03

Assess

We consider facial anatomy, proportions, movement, skin quality, structure, volume and relevant medical factors.

04

Discuss

We explain our observations, suitable possibilities, realistic limits, alternatives, and likely maintenance or recovery.

05

Recommend

We advise what appears clinically appropriate — including a conservative, staged or delayed approach, where that's genuinely better.

The final decision remains yours, once you have the information you need — subject to medical suitability.

The Same Concern Does Not Always Need the Same Approach

Two people may both say, “I look tired.” But that concern can come from entirely different places — skin quality, facial movement, pigmentation, volume loss, under-eye structure, or simply the ordinary pace of ageing.

That's why the right starting point is never a treatment menu. It's understanding what's actually creating the concern in front of us. Once we understand that, more than one approach may be appropriate — and sometimes, very little needs to change at all. What matters is that the plan is built around your face, not a label.

The Right Amount Is Different for Every Face

Refresh, don't change.

Natural-looking care should protect your identity, not replace it. More treatment does not automatically produce a better result — facial balance often matters more than correcting a single feature in isolation.

We consider how your face moves and expresses, not only how it looks at rest, because a plan that only accounts for stillness can look artificial the moment you speak, smile or frown. Your age, anatomy, preferences and realistic expectations shape what we suggest — not a fixed idea of what a face "should" look like.

Good aesthetic judgment includes knowing when to pause, when to stage treatment over time, and when a more conservative approach is genuinely the better one for you.

Natural-looking outcomes rarely come from doing more. They come from making better decisions.

Care

Care Guided by Your Assessment

Where it's medically appropriate, your plan may draw on one or more areas of care, considered together as part of a broader facial assessment — not decided in advance of your consultation.

Anti-wrinkle injections
Dermal fillers & facial contouring
Skin-quality treatments
Regenerative & collagen-stimulating care
Non-surgical lifting & tightening
Under-eye, jawline & neck concerns

Yes. A considered, conservative plan — including waiting — is a valid outcome of a consultation, where that's genuinely the more appropriate option for your face.
