A Face Doesn't Age in One Way.
Why Should It Be Lifted in One Way?Sagging, jowls and loss of facial definition don't always happen for the same reason. The 9D Lift is our doctor-led approach to non-surgical face lifting in Delhi — drawing on threads, fillers, HIFU, mesotherapy and more, used only where they're actually needed.

What Brought You Here?
You don't need to know which treatment you need. Start with what you're noticing.
My jawline isn't as defined
My lower face looks softer than it used to.
UNDERSTAND WHY →I'm noticing jowls
There is new heaviness or sagging around my jawline — often described as a non surgical jowl lift concern.
UNDERSTAND WHY →My cheeks seem lower
My mid-face doesn't feel as supported.
UNDERSTAND WHY →My face feels heavier
My lower face looks fuller or less sculpted — sometimes this is what people mean by wanting to lift a sagging face without surgery.
UNDERSTAND WHY →My skin feels loose
I'm noticing laxity rather than just lines — a common reason people search for non-invasive skin tightening.
UNDERSTAND WHY →I just don't look like myself
Something has changed. I'm just not sure what.

What You See Isn't Always What Changed.
Two people can both see “sagging” in the mirror—and need completely different approaches.
Understand First.
Treat Second.
What changed?
We assess proportions, laxity, volume, support, movement and contour.
What's creating it?
We identify which changes are contributing most to what you see.
What's worth treating?
Not every change needs treatment—and not every treatment creates meaningful improvement.
Choose how.
If treatment is appropriate, we draw from the 9D Lift — the modality or combination follows the assessment.
Not the other way around.
Nine Modalities. One Assessment. Only What You Need.
The 9D Lift is our name for the full toolkit we draw from for non-surgical face lifting in Delhi — not a fixed nine-step protocol every patient receives. Your assessment decides which of these, if any, apply to you.
HIFU
High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) skin tightening for the face and jawline, considered for selected concerns including early jowling and mild double chin.
Thread Lift
Collagen-stimulating thread treatment for selected tissue descent — a non-invasive thread face lift option in appropriately chosen patients.
Dermal Fillers
Strategic fillers for cheek, chin or jawline support and volume restoration, placed where structure — not just volume — is the goal.
Mesotherapy
Collagen mesotherapy and hyaluronic-acid based mesotherapy to improve hydration, tone and skin quality.
PRP
Platelet-rich plasma to support the skin's own repair and collagen response.
Microneedling
Mesotherapy microneedling to stimulate collagen and improve texture, often paired with topical actives.
Peels
Medical-grade peels for tone, texture and superficial skin quality as part of a broader plan.
Botox
Anti-wrinkle injections to soften expression lines and support a more rested, lifted appearance.
Skincare
A prescribed skincare plan to protect and extend the results of in-clinic treatment.
Most patients don't need all nine. Some need one. Some need a considered combination. The 9D Lift exists so the right tools are available once your assessment tells us which ones are worth using — not so every face gets the same nine treatments.
Different Changes.
Different Approaches.
Tighten
Energy- or ultrasound-based approaches, including HIFU skin tightening where appropriate, may be considered in selected patients.
Restore
Strategic structural support or dermal filler volume restoration may be considered where appropriate.
Lift
Thread-based approaches, including collagen thread treatment, may be considered in appropriately selected patients.
Combine
Sometimes a staged or combination strategy — the 9D Lift approach — makes more sense than asking one treatment to do everything.
The face is never fitted to the technology.
HIFU, Threads, Fillers or Mesotherapy?
They don't do the same job.
HIFU
- Selected skin laxity and face tightening
- Considered for face slimming and jawline definition
- Sometimes used near the under-eye or double chin area in selected patients
- Does not add volume
- Can form part of a broader plan
Threads
- Selected tissue descent
- Collagen-stimulating, minimally invasive thread lift
- Does not add facial volume
- Patient selection matters
- Can be combined where appropriate
Fillers & Mesotherapy
- Selected support or volume loss — cheek, chin or jawline fillers
- Collagen mesotherapy with hyaluronic acid for hydration and firmness
- Placement and product matter
- More is not always better
What Can a Non-Surgical Face Lift Realistically Do?
May Help
Cannot Promise
Knowing the limits isn't pessimism. It's part of good treatment planning.
Good Aesthetic Medicine
Sometimes Means Saying No.
Our role is not to fit you into a treatment. It is to tell you what we believe is—and isn't—worth doing.
Don't Just Look at the Result.
Understand the Decision.
Use only genuine, consented cases with consistent photography and factual descriptions.

Individual results vary. Suitability and outcomes depend on individual anatomy, concerns and treatment selected.

Meet Dr. Reema Arora
Aesthetic treatments are tools. The more important question is who is deciding when—and when not—to use them.
“When someone asks me for a non-surgical face lift, my first question isn't which treatment to use. It's what has changed—and what is actually creating the concern. The 9D Lift is my answer to that question, not a fixed prescription.”
Before You Decide.
What is the 9D Lift?
The 9D Lift is The Face Clinic's name for the full range of modalities we draw from for non-surgical face lifting — threads, dermal fillers, HIFU, mesotherapy, PRP, microneedling, peels, Botox and skincare. It isn't a fixed nine-step package; your assessment determines which of these, if any, are appropriate for you.
Will a non-surgical face lift make me look unnatural?
That should not be the objective. Treatment planning should respect your existing facial proportions and identity rather than trying to create a different face.
How much lifting can I expect?
That depends on what is causing the concern, the degree of laxity or tissue descent, your anatomy and the treatment selected. Non-surgical treatments have genuine limitations where more significant lifting is required.
Is HIFU the best treatment for facial sagging?
Not necessarily. HIFU skin tightening may be useful for selected patients and concerns, but facial sagging can result from more than skin laxity alone. Assessment helps determine whether tightening is actually the primary requirement.
Is HIFU suitable for the under-eye area or a double chin?
HIFU may be considered near the under-eye area or for mild double chin in selected patients, but suitability depends on the degree of laxity and individual anatomy — this is assessed before any treatment is planned.
HIFU or threads—which is better?
They work differently and aren't interchangeable. Suitability depends on anatomy, the concern, the degree of tissue change and the intended outcome.
Can fillers actually lift the face?
Strategically placed dermal fillers may improve support or proportions in selected patients, but simply adding volume is not the same as lifting the face. Inappropriate or excessive volume can make a face look heavier rather than more lifted.
What is collagen mesotherapy and how is it different from microneedling?
Collagen mesotherapy involves injecting hydrating and skin-supporting ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, into the skin. Mesotherapy microneedling uses fine needling to stimulate the skin's own collagen response, often alongside topical actives. They can be used separately or together depending on what the skin needs.
Is a thread lift non-invasive?
Thread lifting is minimally invasive rather than fully non-invasive, since threads are placed beneath the skin. It's generally considered a lower-downtime alternative to surgical lifting, but is not the same as a purely topical or energy-based treatment.
How long can results last?
This varies according to the treatment or combination selected, individual biology and other factors. Expected longevity should be discussed once the appropriate strategy has been identified.
What downtime should I expect?
It depends on the treatment selected. Some approaches have minimal downtime, while others may involve temporary swelling, tenderness, bruising or other expected post-treatment effects.
When might surgery be more appropriate?
Where there is substantial skin excess or tissue descent, surgical treatment may provide a degree of repositioning that non-surgical procedures cannot realistically reproduce.
What does a non-surgical face lift or 9D Lift cost in Delhi?
There is no single price because a non-surgical face lift is not one standard procedure. Cost depends on what is being treated, the modality or modalities selected from the 9D Lift, the extent of treatment and whether a combination approach is appropriate. A treatment plan and associated cost can be discussed after assessment.
